In this course we will revisit the Observatory cases of Open Heritage and try to have quick guide to evaluate practices which we will visit in the upcoming weeks. We will use for orientation purposes the basics of a business canvas and try to include in it the social aspects relevant for "good" or sustainable practices. The sustainability canvas was developed for the PlaceCity project and will support our evaluation efforts.
