Department of Public Policy
Through excellence in teaching and research, DPP aims to create an educational experience that involves not only the acquisition of skills and knowledge but also the cultivation of a mindset that emphasizes entrepreneurship, innovation, cultural awareness and commitment to the public good.
1. Master of Arts in Public Policy - One year
A program that emphasizes the link between policy practice and analysis, including a focus on research skills and exposure to real world policy challenges through a Policy Lab and/or an internship.
2. Erasmus Mundus Master of Arts in Public Policy - Two years
An international public policy program sponsored by the EU that includes
a second year at the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals
(Spain) or the University of York (UK).
3. Master of Public Administration - Two years
A program combining academic training with an emphasis on work-based and applied skills of policy management, leadership, and advocacy.
4. Master of Arts in International Public Affairs - Two years
An interdisciplinary degree with an international profile
intended for students who aspire to work in international organizations,
NGOs, public administration, or related fields such as journalism and
academia.
5. PhD in Political Science, Public Policy Track
The Doctoral Program in Public Policy is a specialized track in the Political Science PhD Program run by the CEU Doctoral School of Political Science, Public Policy and International Relations.
