Responses to readings Forum

This forum is for your weekly responses to the readings. Please start a new topic/thread every week and mention the week in your response too. If you want to respond to a post or continue the discussion raised by someone in the respective week reply to the initial post directly rather than starting a new topic  If you are responding to earlier weeks do it under the relevant discussion thread (e.g. responses week 2 ) even if you post 1-2 weeks after.

Please keep in mind that your responses should be concise, articulated in full sentences that demonstrate a critical engagement with the respective text(s). A response can include a brief reflections on the reading(s), questions of clarification or of theoretical and methodological purchase, commentaries that connect or contest arguments or link different topics / readings from the course and beyond (including your own researches!). The purpose is to make sure that your specific interests and questions are addressed and contribute to the discussion in class as well as online on this forum so you're more than welcome to respond to each other's posts.

Responses are due on Mondays before 12:00 p.m.
