I think it is important to consider how these biases impact group decision-making. Are groups more or less susceptible to biases than individuals? Are group decisions dominated by a few individuals or is there a majority bias? We know that some people are more active politically than others, so it’s a real issue if people in a representative democracy are led by a few “strong” biases.
