I´d like to explore a bit how certain actors might misuse and exploit the biases and heuristics named in the "Judgement under Uncertainty" text as it mostly mentioned the systematic errors of these errors but no further implications. I know that this course is mostly focused on asking (and answering) exactly this question of how to nudge people towards certain behavior but I would appreciate discussing some precise examples of how the named heuristics might be (mis)used by certain actors. E.g. the misconception of chance being used by casinos to heighten their profits.
