TE Study guide
What is a good exhibit? And how does one go about creating it? This course introduces students to the foundational practice of museum work. Students will create exhibits from an initial brainstorm of topics of contemporary relevance, the development of rough concepts, the selection of objects, the specific framework of exhibition design, the concrete role of graphics, and the writing of introductory, chapter, and object texts. The result will be a fully curated exhibit that could be presented at a major museum.
